A business you can play.
A strategy you can rehearse.

Dumpster Divers begins with salvage. Find demand, estimate a job, allocate a crew, complete the work, collect payment, and reinvest. Routes, staff, equipment, capacity, and cash reserves turn each decision into a trade-off.
A miniature landscape makes the operation visible: headquarters, territories, trucks, people, seasons, and routes. Growth opens new possibilities, while rival companies and limited resources keep the choices interesting.
The Strategy Room is a place to test assumptions, consider rival responses, compare choices, and reflect on a written debrief. Direct, Shared, and AI CEO controls offer different ways to work through the simulation.
The full concept extends toward private connected-company scenarios, persistent competitive worlds, additional industries, and shared physical displays. A single identity could move among practice campaigns, company sessions, and competitive realms.
Miniature tabletop scale, readable hex geography, base upgrades, ownership, tycoon operations, and persistent identity all feed one idea: a company whose decisions change the world around it.
The hosted prototype offers private Oregon and Sarasota campaigns and saved Strategy Room rehearsals. Connected live business records, persistent multiplayer, and physical war-table hardware remain future development goals.

The complete blueprint preserves the full concept, including the proposed systems and steps beyond the current prototype.
