MY CONSULTING PRACTICE / PHONE OPERATIONS

DialWorth

What is the phone actually worth?

DialWorth is my consulting service, and I’m its sole consultant. I work with home-service businesses to connect call records, bookings, and completed jobs, so the owner can see where calls become work and where that chain breaks.

WORK THROUGH AN EXAMPLE

Follow a month
of phone calls.

Move the controls to see how calls turn into completed-job revenue. These are sample assumptions, not business records or a promise of results.

This simplified example omits margins, staffing costs, repeat work, attribution, and other factors in a full review.

Illustrative monthly job revenue$28,000

200 calls × 50% booked × 80% completed × $350

100 bookings · 80 completed jobs

INSIDE THE WORK

Count it. Connect it. Check it.

01

The call

Separate actual opportunities from the noise in an inbound call log. A ringing phone and a qualified customer are different things.

02

The booking

Follow what happened next. Was the job booked, rescheduled, lost, or never recorded?

03

The completed work

Connect the phone activity to completed jobs and revenue. Keep the assumptions visible so the number can be checked.

Go into the details.

Business inquiries go directly through DialWorth.
