“Age is just a number.”
Yeah… and so is your credit score, your bank account, and your resting heart rate but ignore those long enough and life gets real, real quick.
Similar to money, the goal isn’t to pretend the number doesn’t matter. It’s to make sure it’s working for you, not against you.
Because time will pass either way. The only question is whether it compounds for you or costs you.
